No. We are a reusable moving tote rental company, not a moving company. We provide durable, stackable plastic moving totes that make packing and moving easier while reducing cardboard waste.

How does the rental process work?

Choose the tote package that best fits your move and reserve it online. We'll deliver the totes before your move, and after you've unpacked, we'll return to pick up the empty totes.

What size are the totes?

Each reusable moving tote measures approximately 27 inches long, 17 inches wide, and 12 inches high. They are designed to stack securely and are easy to carry.

Which package is right for me?

Recommended package sizes are: 24 totes for a 1-bedroom home, 36 totes for a 2-bedroom home, 48 totes for a 3-bedroom home, and 60 totes for a 4-bedroom home.

How long can I keep the totes?

Rental periods are available for 2, 3, or 4 weeks. Rental extensions are available based on availability.

Do you offer moving equipment?

Yes. We offer an Appliance Hand Truck for $30 and a Standard Hand Truck for $20 as optional rental add-ons.

When are deliveries and pickups scheduled?

Deliveries and pickups are available Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?

Yes. Someone must be present during both delivery and pickup appointments.

Yes. Delivery and pickup are included with all tote rental packages within our service area.

Are the totes cleaned?

Yes. Every tote is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

Do I need to clean the totes before returning them?

No. We handle the cleaning. We simply ask that any large spills be wiped out before pickup.

Can I label the totes?

Yes. Please use removable labels or painter's tape. Do not use permanent markers directly on the totes.

What happens if a tote is damaged?

If a tote is lost or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee of $25 per tote will apply.

Yes. Replacement or additional totes may be purchased for $25 each.

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible if your moving schedule changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Reservations canceled at least 5 business days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days are non-refundable.
